This off-season, a few of the top KBO players made the jump to MLB. One of these players was Korean outfielder Lee Jung-hoo of the Kiwoom Heroes.

Lee played seven seasons in the KBO and was one of the league’s best hitters. Now, the 25-year-old will wear the uniform of the San Francisco Giants.* He hopes to help them win a World Series* soon.

Erick Fedde is another KBO player heading to the U.S. In fact, the American pitcher already played in MLB from 2017 to 2022.

In 2023, Fedde came to Korea and joined the NC Dinos. For one year, the right-hander dominated the domestic league and was named the MVP* of the regular season.

Now, Fedde will return to the U.S. for another try in the major leagues. The 30-year-old agreed to a deal with the Chicago White Sox.*
