- Why You Should Read Horrid Henry!

I read Horrid Henry by Francesca Simon. It is a humorous story about a mischievous boy named Henry and his well-behaved brother, Perfect Peter.
In one episode, Henry is usually the troublemaker, but the roles are unexpectedly reversed when Peter becomes “horrid” instead. Their mother misunderstands the situation and scolds Henry, which makes the story even more amusing.
In another episode, Henry has to perform a dance with Peter. Although he enjoys dancing, he feels nervous about being on stage and hides instead. I could relate to Henry because I sometimes feel shy in front of others.
This book is full of humor and unexpected twists. It made me realize that even children who seem naughty may have understandable feelings and reasons for their behavior.
I would recommend this book to readers who enjoy funny stories with relatable characters.
