Five Methods to Study Effectively

The first method to study effectively is the Pomodoro Technique. This is a study method in which you focus for 25 minutes and then take a 5-minute break. Since 25 minutes is the best time for our brain to absorb information, this technique is effective for helping the brain retain knowledge for a longer time.

The second study method is the Blurting Technique. In this method, you first read and understand the book then close the book and write down everything you remember on a blank sheet of paper. This helps transfer information from short-term to long-term memory and is very good for recognizing what you don’t know yet.

The third study method is organizing what you’ve learned. This method is similar to the Blurting Technique, as it also involves writing things down in a notebook. However, this method’s focus is on summarizing only the key points in your own words in a way that makes them easier to memorize. The most important part of this method is writing things down immediately after you learn them. This helps you retain the information for a much longer time.

The fourth study method is planning your own study schedule. This involves writing down what you need to study and when you plan to study each part. This method helps you manage your time efficiently and complete all your studies on schedule.

The final study method is reading your textbook or workbook multiple times. This does not mean simply reading it over and over, but rather reading it carefully in different ways each day. By doing this, you can figure out which reading speed and style work best for you during actual exams. Since teachers often create test questions based on the textbook, this method also helps you know the types of questions that may appear on the test.

There are so many different methods. I recommend you to try using them and finding the method that is right for you.
