Ottogi is a food brand. However, errors sometimes occur in the factory or distribution center. Let's find out how Ottogi responds from now on. First, if there is a problem with the packaging, design, or outside, the place of purchase will change it. However, this is where it gets real. If there is a problem with the food, such as mold or residue, and you ask the customer center, they will tell you to send them the problematic food. Then, they ask what is written on the back of the product, near the expiration date, where there are a bunch of English letters and numbers. This process is to find out the location of the factory and to prevent this from happening again. A few days later, Ottogi sends a package. Inside, there are about 20 kinds of Ottogi products and a handwritten letter. From now on, I will only eat Ottogi products.
