Celebrities are objects of envy, people regularly envy a celebrity for diverse reasons, for their popularity, the money they gain, the beauty they have, and more; why specifically do people envy, or feel diverse feelings for a celebrity? From Quora, “Celebrities all portray a certain image, talk a certain way, depict certain beliefs through their acting which is congruent with our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs aka our inner self, making them addicting and making us affectionate towards them.” People have their own perspectives or bias toward celebrities, this directly affects their thoughts and feelings toward celebrities. As celebrities act, people become addicted and make us affectionate towards them. Most people think celebrities are perfect, they tend to have no weaknesses, no problems in the past, have a positive influence, and have good leadership and representation of their country. For example, Rose in Blackpink, GD as a singer, and Jung-jae Lee the actor. They are now huge influences in this country, their influences getting larger over Korea, spreading through the United States. However, people pull over these celebrities if they have a problem. GD once had a problem with drugs, but ended up innocent. Meanwhile, during the process of getting innocent, so many people pulled over, blaming him for an uncertain drug charge. Almost everyone envies celebrities, people who are popular all over the world, people who can influence others, people who envy them in different ways, because of money, popularity, and more.
