 The first step is to find your advantages.From small ones to big ones! For example, I talk politely to people such as neighbors and parents.This is a good way to show who you are. And my second advantage is trying to follow the rules at school. This can lead to my social life!

 And then, the second step is to think about many ways that you can develop your advantages!! For me, I'm good at encouraging people, so maybe I can write letters to people who are spending hard time. Not only your personalities, also your skills can be great advantages! I like to play the guitar, but that is not my skill because I am not good at playing it.. And I am also learning French, but my French skill isn't perfect! However, I can find my advantage in here, too. Trying new activities can be one of my wonderful advantages.
