What is the Seoul Mobility Show?

The Seoul Mobility Show, formerly known as the Seoul Motor Show, is South Korea’s largest automotive exhibition. Established in 1995, the event is held every other year at the Korea International Exhibition Center (KINTEX) in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.

This year, the Seoul Mobility Show took place from April 3rd to April 13th. During the event, 451 companies from 12 countries came together to introduce their products and technologies.

This Year’s Highlights

This year’s Seoul Mobility Show featured a range of innovations related to land, sea, and air mobility. Kia unveiled its upcoming mid-sized electric van, named the PV5. It is designed with flexibility in mind and offers different options for interior layouts.

Hyundai also introduced an updated version of the Nexo, an electric SUV that uses hydrogen fuel cells.* The new model is 25 percent more powerful than the previous one, and it is expected to travel over 700 kilometers on just a five-minute charge.
