  • Afghanistan's first lesson in 20 years of Taliban rule!!!
Afghanistan's militant group, the Taliban, declared Monday that "the war is over" after taking control of the presidential palace in Kabul. As a result, the Afghan War, which began in October 2001 immediately after the September 11 attacks by the U.S., ended in 20 years. In Afghanistan, the Taliban are on the verge of re-election for the first time in 20 years. The international community needs to learn why the U.S. lost in Afghanistan after a huge cost and sacrifice.U.S. Republicans harshly criticized President Joe Biden for comparing the scene of Americans fleeing Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh) by helicopter when the Vietnam War ended in 1975 when South Vietnam lost. However, according to foreign media reports, many criticize that President Biden misjudged the Afghan situation after the withdrawal and that he was poor at preparing countermeasures. Americans are critical of the situation in which U.S. troops are stranded in Afghanistan, with more than 70 percent of respondents in favor of the withdrawal of Afghan troops in the polls.
