- working in teams is better
Some people work alone and others work in groups. There are many opinions about whether is better to work alone or in groups. Some say working in groups can make work done faster, and others say working alone can be easier for people. I strongly believe working in groups is better. I have 3 reasons that supports the idea that working in teams is better.
First, work can be done quickly. It will be faster if work is done by many people. The more people work together, the faster it can be. In "Task complexity moderates group synergy ", students were given the task which is a room assignment, when the task was complex, teams were better, and when it was not complex, individuals were faster.
Second, people can encourage each other. If people don't get encouraged, their self reputation can become lower. For instance, if you make a mistake, and no one encourages you, you will be sad and discouraged. If those people are encouraged, they can work harder for a project or work. We can encourage each other by saying "it's okay".
Lastly, it is fun to work in groups. people can have more fun because they can joke with each other. According to Adam Grant who is from harvard university helping others can increase motivation because genuine help leads to higher long term performance.
In conclusion, working in groups is better than working alone. work can be done quickly and people can encourage each other, Also, it is fun to work in groups. working in groups are efficient, faster, and better. I hope you are convinced.
